Delivery Methods
We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
Door-to-Door Courier Delivery
-Shipped via an overnight courier service where possible (Courier Guy).
-Orders placed before 11:00 AM are likely to be delivered the next business day to main centres.
-Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
PostNet to PostNet
-Delivery between selected PostNet branches.
Own Collection (Cape Town)
Customers based in Cape Town may arrange collection from our Pinelands factory.
Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and collection details.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
-Standard shipping (Door-to-Door or PostNet): R140.00
-Free Shipping on all standard orders with a value of R1,200.00 or more
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Outlying & Special Areas
If your delivery address falls within a special or outlying area not covered by standard courier routes, additional shipping fees may apply.
Should this be the case, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs.
